This is an inner chamber rectangular vacuum dryer capable of processing a large amount of samples with a maximum temperature of 500°C. The door sealing area is water-cooled. A large vacuum dryer is equipped with a cold trap. The selection of the refrigeration unit allows for cooling down to -30°C (refrigerator). The vacuum pump is selected based on the volatile components from the workpiece. An N2 charge structure is also available as an option.
